CSA Partial Return Charges

Customer Service Adjustments (CSAs) are financial adjustments applied to orders by Customer Care agents. Partial Return Charges are adjustments given to the customers to prevent a return.  For example, if a table arrives with a scratch but is otherwise in good condition, the customer service agent will offer a customer a 15% adjustment of the retail price to keep the table and cancel the return. These adjustments are used to save the sale and prevent full a customer return.

1. How often are CSA Partial Charges deducted?

CSA Partial Charges are calculated and deducted quarterly.

2. What is the limit on CSA Adjustments?

Walmart Customer Care Agents are trained to gauge each situation to determine appropriate adjustments on a case-by-case basis.  However, adjustments over 20% requires supervisor approval. 

3. How can I obtain the backup information for CSA Partial Charges?

To dispute or request backup for these charges, you will need to submit the dispute via our HighRadius portal. To update the email these charges are sent to, please send an email to claims@walmart.com. You will need to include your vendor number and the email address you wish to update.

4. How can I access my HighRadius account?

To log in, visit https://walmart.highradius.com. Your username is your email address and your password should have been sent to your username email address. If you did not receive a password, please select "Forgot your password?" to reset it.

If you did not receive an email saying you were set up with HighRadius, send an email directly to HiRadCS@walmart.com with the information below. This email address should ONLY be used for system issues OR access requests for HighRadius. This team will set up an admin account in HighRadius for one individual. That admin will be able to add additional users for your company within HighRadius once they have access to the system.
