Most Common Errors When Uploading Images
If you encounter issues while uploading images in Supplier One, here are the most common errors to check for before trying your upload again:
No record of the item
We couldn't find the item (GTIN) that you uploaded images for.
- Make sure the folder of images is named correctly with the item's 14-digit GTIN.
- Verify that the item is set up by searching for the GTIN in the Supplier One catalog.
The file format is not supported
You can only upload jpg, png, or bmp images in Supplier One. Other formats, such as tif or gif, are not supported.
The file size is too big or too small
To help us process your images efficiently and ensure the image quality, here are our recommended guidelines:
- Ratio: 1:1 (3:4 for clothing)
- Minimum dimensions (pixels): 500 x 500 px
- Resolution (pixels per inch): 72 ppi
- Maximum file size: 5MB
Multiple image folders are named with the same GTIN
If you upload multiple folders of images at a time, make sure each folder corresponds to a unique item (GTIN). Folders with duplicate naming cannot be accepted.
The GTIN doesn't match any of your Supplier IDs
We couldn't find the item (GTIN) for any of your Supplier IDs.
- Make sure the folder of images is named correctly with the item's 14-digit GTIN.
- Verify that the item is set up with one of your Supplier IDs by searching for the GTIN in the Supplier One catalog.
You are not the content owner for the item
If you see this alert when submitting image files, you can submit image URLs in Supplier One as a workaround.
