Suppliers producing products for Walmart's sale or use that meet specific conditions are required to disclose facility (site or factory) details to Walmart. Factory IDs can be obtained by disclosing facility, site or factory information in the Supplier Facility Hub located on Retail Link > Apps (access through Supplier One is coming soon). If facility disclosure is required, suppliers are expected to maintain accurate and "Active" Factory ID(s) on each item throughout the lifecycle of that item.

When is facility disclosure and Factory ID required?

• Any Walmart private or exclusive brand product for resale, and/or,
• Any Walmart-branded Goods Not for Resale (GNFR) product, and/or,
• Any product where Walmart will be the importer of record

The facility or facilities which the supplier should disclose are those engaged in the following production stages:

• Primary or subcontracted production involving substantial transformation AND
• Any further processing of the transformed product

How to disclose facilities and obtain a Factory ID

Follow these steps to disclose a facility and obtain or manage factory IDs:

1. Log in to Retail Link.
2. Go to Apps > Supplier Facility Hub.
3. Review your listed facilities for accuracy.
4. Add new facilities to obtain a new Factory ID.
5. Remove ("dissociate") facilities no longer producing for Walmart.
