The Prohibited DSV Activities and Operations policy establishes a secure and fair program of products and services for Walmart customers and suppliers. Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate and minimum 7-day suspension from the DSV Program. 

Walmart Supplier Guidelines:

• Respect all Walmart employees who provide support and Walmart customers who purchase from you.
• Always provide accurate and current account information.
• Represent your business honestly. 

Shipping from Outside the Contiguous United States

All Walmart DSV's must fulfill all orders from US-based warehouses, excluding Hawaii or Alaska. Any order shipped from outside the contiguous United State is prohibited. 

Misuse of Customer Information and Contacting Customers

DSV must ensure customer information included with customer orders is secure, private and utilized only for order fulfillment purposes. DSV will not contact customers directly; DSV will work with Partner Support if any customer-facing issue arises.

Brand Name Representation

Brand names you provide for your Walmart listings must be accurate and represented honestly and not modified at any time. Misrepresentation of brand names is strictly prohibited.
