Potential suppliers: Contact us for help or support at 0755-2151-2288.

Current suppliers: Contact us for help or support at 0755-2151-1388.

Current suppliers will need their 6-digit vendor number.

Direct Import

Information You Should Provide

The following information will help the agent assist you:

Company name

As used for the registration onboarding process or existing supplier name.

Email address

The email address of the administrator for the company that is registering through the onboarding process.

SAP Supplier ID

As found on the supplier onboarding dashboard within Supplier One (in the task progress bar).

D-U-N-S Number

Used for the company registration (in the business verification step).

Invitation ID

For new suppliers or suppliers with a pending agreement renewal.

For Invoicing or Claims

To resolve invoicing or claims questions or issues, click Help within Supplier One and select Manage tickets. Make sure to include all relative information and provide a reason for contact the support team:

  • Backup Request

  • Supplier Quality Excellence Program
  • SQEP Backup
  • OTIF-US
  • OTIF Backup
  • High-Radius Disputes
