Scorecard
This consolidated scorecard helps you easily gauge business performance by providing a quick glance of key metrics with a link to view the corresponding report.
View Scorecard
- In the left navigation menu, click Performance and select Scorecard.
- If you have multiple Supplier IDs, click the drop-down menu at the top left corner to select the one you want to view. You will see a list of key metrics for your business, such as In full (eCom / store), On time (eCom / store), and Content quality (store / eCom). The metrics include the current score and target score. Click View report to learn more.
- In full / On time metrics: Clicking View report takes you to OTIF.
- Content quality metric: Clicking View report takes you the catalog in Supplier One with filters applied for Published items and Poor content quality scores. You can export up to 5,000 items at a time to review insights and edit content in bulk.
- Use the data and insights to determine actions that you can take to drive your current scores up to meet or surpass the target scores.
