This consolidated scorecard helps you easily gauge business performance by providing a quick glance of key metrics with a link to view the corresponding report.

View Scorecard

  1. In the left navigation menu, click Performance and select Scorecard.
  2. If you have multiple Supplier IDs, click the drop-down menu at the top left corner to select the one you want to view. You will see a list of key metrics for your business, such as In full (eCom / store), On time (eCom / store), and Content quality (store / eCom). The metrics include the current score and target score. Click View report to learn more.
    1. In full / On time metrics: Clicking View report takes you to OTIF.
    2. Content quality metric: Clicking View report takes you the catalog in Supplier One with filters applied for Published items and Poor content quality scores. You can export up to 5,000 items at a time to review insights and edit content in bulk.
  3. Use the data and insights to determine actions that you can take to drive your current scores up to meet or surpass the target scores.
