View Product and Item Configuration Overviews in the Catalog

Updated 4 months ago by Merch Transformation Change Management

Here's how to view more details about your products and item configurations.

  1. In the Products or Item configurations and hierarchies view of your catalog, click the Product ID search bar.
Copy and paste the Product IDs in the search bar. Remember to select the ID Type if you’re searching for multiple items (all of your Product IDs must be the same type). You do not need to select an ID Type if you’re searching for only one item. Then, click the Apply button.
  2. In the item list, click the dots under the Actions column and click Product & Offer Overview or Item Configuration Overview.
In the item grid, click the dots at the top right corner of the card and click Product & Offer Overview or Item Configuration Overview.
If you click Item Configuration Overview in the Products view of the catalog and there are multiple item configurations, you'll need to select the one you'd like to view.
