View and Edit Product Content in the Catalog

You can edit content attributes in bulk from the Maintenance Hub in Supplier One, or edit a single item at a time as shown in this article.

Go to the Product & Offer Overview

  1. In the left navigation menu, click Items and inventory and select Catalog. In the Products or Item configurations and hierarchies view, click the Product ID search bar.
    Copy and paste the Product IDs in the search bar. Remember to select the ID Type if you’re searching for multiple items (all of your Product IDs must be the same type). You do not need to select an ID Type if you’re searching for only one item. Then, click the Apply button.
  2. In the item list, click the dots under the Actions columns and select Product & Offer Overview.
    In the item grid, click the dots at the top right corner of the card and select Product & Offer Overview.
  3. Below the sections for Item Configurations and Site Offers are four editable sections: Basic Item Info, Site Experience, Compliance & Regulatory, and Product-specific attributes to improve search & browse on Walmart.com. Click the section header to close or expand a grouping.
    If you need help locating a specific attribute on the page, enter the attribute name in the Attribute Finder on the right side.
    Attributes that match your search will be highlighted in blue on the page. Use the arrows in the Attribute Finder to go to the previous or next match.

Editing Product Content

  1. Use the Attribute Finder or scroll down the page to find the attribute(s) that you want to edit. Then, click Edit at the top right corner of that group of attributes.
  2. Click the attribute field to edit the value.
    If an attribute field is read-only, you cannot edit the value. To undo edits that you no longer want to make, click Revert at the top right corner of the section.
  3. Once you've finished making all of your edits, click Submit at the bottom right corner of the Product & Offer Overview page.

You cannot edit item configuration and supply chain attributes (e.g., Fineline Number) from the Product & Offer Overview page. Click the GTIN at the top of the page and select an Item Configuration (WIN) to go the Item Configuration Overview page.
