Support Before Completing Launch Steps

If you have a Walmart contract and need help beginning onboarding, Suppliers can call the Retail Link Help Desk 479-273-8888 (toll-free 888-499-6377). Operating hours are Monday to Friday, 7 AM–5 PM Central. Or, you can click Help > Manage tickets in Supplier One to file a ticket. Make sure to select the correct issue / issue subtype (e.g., Supplier Profile and Agreements).

Drop Ship Vendor (DSV) Support

After your Drop Ship Vendor account is live (i.e., you ship items directly to customers), use the following contact information:
