Walmart Tax ID and Certificates by State
If you require Walmart’s tax ID or tax certificates by state during the supplier onboarding process or for tax purposes, there is a page within Retail Link that houses helpful information for suppliers.
- Log in to Supplier Academy.
- Click the Getting Paid tile in the "Quick Learning Articles" section.
- In the Financing section, click Sales Tax Exemption Form. Make sure your browser pop-ups are enabled.
- In the window that appears, click the Sales Tax Exemption Form link. The file will open in a new browser tab. It contains the current tax information and is updated periodically.
