Password Reset Errors
Issues with resetting passwords often stem from the browser you are using. Please make sure you are using Google Chrome. Clear your cache, cookies, and browser history. Ensure that any pop-up blockers are disabled.
If this does not work, try opening an Incognito browser window by holding CTRL+SHIFT+N (shift+command+N on Mac computers), and resetting your password from there.
