Merchant team sends invitation to start the onboarding process or Suppliers can register via self-registration.
Supplier receives invitation.
Supplier creates user account and completes registration in Retail Link. SAP Supplier ID and GSS Sourcing ID assigned.
- (10-digit SAP ID)
- (8-digit GSS ID)
Supplier completes Company, Tax, and accepts the Master Supplier Agreement (MSA) in the Registration tile of profile.
Supplier completes remaining tiles in profile.
Supplier reaches Agreement Ready status.
Merchant team sends the Business Terms Agreement (BTA) to the Supplier for review / acceptance.
Supplier accepts the Business Terms Agreement (BTA).
Internal teams review profile and BTA.
Supplier Number and Agreement Number assigned.

Account Creation initiates the onboarding process. Suppliers receive an invitation either from a merchant or via self-registration to complete registration. Click Create Account and provide your information. Register Here
