Type 20 PO Process
1. What system will I need to use to request routing for Type 20 POs?
You will use Walmart’s Confirm Shipment system to route requests for these POs. The route request link can be accessed by following the steps below:
- Log in to Retail Link.
- Navigate to Apps.
- Select Transportation Supply Chain Portal (TSCP) 2.0.If you cannot locate TSCP 2.0, please open a ticket in the Transportation Support Portal (TSP).
- Select Supplier located at the top of the screen to access the TSCP menu.
- Expand the Routing Tools option and select Confirm Shipment.
2. What information do I need to provide in a route request?
You must provide the ship point, PO number, case count, weight, loading method, cube, and handling unit count.
3. Do I need to set up ship points in WTMS?
No, all ship points will also be available in WTMS.
4. Is there training available for help requesting routing through WTMS?

5. What happens when my carrier doesn't pick up on time or can't take the entire load?
If a carrier misses a scheduled pickup appointment, please report late pickups to Walmart on the Late Load Notification screen within Retail Link daily until the load is picked up. Additional pickup questions can be resolved by calling the numbers below:
