Supplier Onboarding: Maintenance Mode (GFR)

The dashboard's maintenance mode lets you manage the tiles and associated tasks after supplier onboarding.

Support

U.S. suppliers

  • Call the Retail Link Help Desk at 479-273-8888 or toll-free 888-499-6377 (Monday–Friday, 7 AM–5 PM CDT/CST).
  • Email retaillinkteam@wal-mart.com.
  • Create a ticket within Supplier One at Help > Manage tickets.

International suppliers

Supplier Onboarding Dashboard Header

The header provides these options:

  • Click Go to Retail Link to return to the Retail Link homepage.
  • Click the Home icon to return to the supplier onboarding/company dashboard.
  • Click the Message icon to view messages related to this supplier number (e.g., if a merchant reaches out to a supplier to request additional tax information).
  • Click the Help and feedback option to access help and feedback resources.
  • Click your Initials to access User Management, Change Password, and Log Out options.

Enter the Supplier Onboarding/Company Dashboard

  1. Click Go to Retail Link to return to the Retail Link homepage.
  2. Click the Profile icon at the top right corner of the window.
  3. Click My Company Profile to enter the supplier onboarding/company dashboard in maintenance mode.

Task Tiles

We group the tasks completed during the supplier onboarding process into tiles on your dashboard (e.g., Company Information, Tax Information, Contacts, etc.).

Manage Tasks for Each Tile

  1. Click the tile to view the tasks and/or fields associated.
  2. Manage or enter the information displayed on the screen. See documentation on individual tiles and tasks more information on specific tiles, tasks, and/or fields.
  3. Save your data as you progress through each task.
  4. Repeat the process for the needed tiles.
  5. Click Submit changes to save changes you made to onboarding tasks.
Updated tiles lock for up to five business days while Walmart teams review your changes.

Once you have started registration, you can log into Retail Link > Supplier Academy to access training materials on merchandising, transportation, getting paid, replenishment, analysis and working together.
