There are multiple ways to view the catalog. You can set a default view and customize your catalog to your preferences. The Item configurations and hierarchies) view shows one row or card for every item configuration, assortment parent, or shipper parent by Walmart Item Number.
If you have not set a default catalog view, you will automatically see Item configurations when navigating to this page. If you set up and manage complex hierarchies, you can narrow down this catalog view to Assortments or Shippers.
The Products view shows one row or card for every GTIN or UPC.
The following functionality and features will help you find and update Item Configuration data faster (or find and export Assortment or Shipper data if viewing complex hierarchies):
Product ID Search
You can find specific item configurations, assortments, or shippers using the Product ID search bar.
For tips on searching for Product IDs that have special characters (e.g., Supplier Stock Numbers with spaces or commas), refer to the instructions in this article.
Copy and paste up to 500 Product IDs in the search bar. Remember to select the ID Type you’re searching for multiple item configurations, assortments, or shippers (all of your Product IDs must be the same type). You do not need to select an ID Type if you’re searching for only one item configuration. Then, click the Apply button.
Product IDs entered in the search bar will carry over if you switch catalog views (e.g., from the Item Configurations view to the Products view). When viewing Assortments or Shippers: If you enter Product IDs for assortment or shipper children, your results will show all of the assortment or shipper parents for those children (up to 500 parents total).
Show all associated Variants
To view all items in your variant group, enter 1 of the Product IDs in the search bar and click the check box next to Show all associated Variants.
Filters
Click Filters to narrow down your list or grid of item configurations.
The filters are organized into groups: Custom Attributes, Hierarchy & Classification, Product Content, Supply Chain, Cost & Price, Walmart.com, Dates, and Brand.
Click on the filter name (e.g., Product Type) to enter and/or select values. When you've made all of your selections, click the Apply button.To remove a selected filter, click the blue "x" next to it. To remove all selected filters, click Clear All at the bottom of the filter panel.
Filters that appear in gray are not relevant to the Item Configurations view of the catalog. For example, Custom Attributes only applicable when viewing Products.

Item List or Grid
The item list or grid provides valuable info about individual item configurations, assortments, or shippers at a glance. The Walmart Item Number, Status, and Actions will always be visible, and the product name will always be included.
When viewing the list, scroll left and right to view the other columns.
When viewing the grid, each card displays the default set of attributes or a custom data set if you have selected the attributes you want to see.
Item Configurations
You can select up to 12 attributes to appear in the item list or grid. Click the Customize data set button at the top right corner of the page.
Attribute
Description
Accounting Dept, Fineline
The financial department under which the item is ordered or replenished and the fineline number created by merchandising to group items more specifically.
Buying Region
The region of the item ownership:
0 - Corporate items that are shared among all regions (used if selling both online and in stores)
1 - Alaska
2 - Hawaii
3 - Puerto Rico
6 - eCommerce
Corporate Replenishable
Indicates if the item is re-orderable by the stores.
DSV - Available to Sell Inventory
The available to sell inventory – which is determined by the on-hand quantity minus the reserved, backorder and buffer quantity – across all eligible DSV facilities.
DSV - On-Hands Inventory
The on-hand quantity of the item across all eligible DSV facilities.
DSV - Total Reserved Inventory
The reserved, backorder and buffer quantity of the item across all eligible DSV facilities.
Fulfillment Method
The fulfillment method for the item configuration (e.g., DSV, DSD, Warehouse, Season Warehouse, Assembly Distribution, Promo, Import Warehouse, Import Seasonal, Import).
GTIN
The 14-digit Global Trade Item Number, including the check digit, that identifies the consumable (i.e., sellable) unit.
Item Effective Date
The date that the item is valid and/or replenishable for the store.
Item ID
The Product ID assigned by Walmart that appears at the end of the item page URL.
Item Type / Subtype
Indicates how the product is ordered and delivered to the store.
Last Changed
The date that the item configuration was last modified.
MBM Code
The MBM Code for the item configuration (e.g., Item Driven, Modular Driven, Hold, Pending).
Merchant
The email address of the Walmart merchant for the item.
National Drug Code
The universal product identifier for human drugs that is present on all nonprescription (OTC) and prescription medication packages and inserts in the United States. The NDC is a unique 10-digit or 11-digit, 3-segment numeric identifier assigned to each medication listed under Section 510 of the US Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
Online Replenishable
Indicates if the item is re-orderable for eCommerce.
Orderable Pack GTIN
The 14-digit Global Trade Item Number, including the check digit, that identifies the pack ordered from a supplier and shipped to a Walmart facility.
Orderable Pack Qty
The quantity of sellable items in the orderable pack (e.g., Casepack).
If the orderable pack is a break pack, you’ll see the Breakpack Qty in parentheses.
Product Category
The category under which the item was set up. If you need to change an item attribute, you will only be able to edit those available for this category.
R2D2 Subcat
The lowest-level R2D2 category for the item.
Supplier Stock Number
The number that appears on the Walmart in-store label to identify the item to customers.
Supplier
The 6-digit ID and name of the supplier for the item configuration.
Unit Cost / Selling Price
The price that Walmart is paying the supplier per unit (i.e., what the vendor gets paid). / The price that Walmart customers pay for an item.
Vendor Contract #
The last 3 digits of the vendor unique 9-digit ID (also known as the Supplier Agreement Number).
Warehouse Alignment Code
The warehouse location indicated on purchase orders for merchandise that has different needs during distribution.
Assortments
The attributes in the item list or grid are predetermined and cannot be customized.

The price Walmart is paying the supplier per unit (i.e., the orderable cost divided by the orderable quantity) and the price the customer pays for the product.
Shippers

The total cost of all of the shipper children.
Item List or Grid Actions
In the item list, click the dots under the Actions column for links to more information and actions.
In the item grid, click the dots at the top right corner of the card for links to more information and actions.
Product & Offer Overview: View the product details and 1P site offer, review content insights, and edit product content.
Item Configuration Overview: View and edit item configuration and supply chain details.
Bundle Relationship Overview: View more details about products that are in item relationships (e.g., multibox items, wireless bundles, non-config bundles, virtual packs).
Edit Media: Edit existing images and upload new images, or edit or upload rich media.
View Variant: The Variant Details page shows the group title (if provided), base variant ID, item setup product type, and product variations as well as every item in the group. Items that are fulfilled by another partner or supplier will be grayed (this will only be displayed if the product is a variant in one or more variant groups).
Configuration History: View updates made in the past 6 months.
Create New Item Configuration: Create a new item configuration with the same or similar properties as this configuration.
DSV Facility Overview: Gain insights into the current inventory for the item and at each facility.
View On Site: View the item page on Walmart.com.
Assortment Overview: View the assortment parent and children information.
Assortment History: View the assortment history for the past 6 months.
Shipper Overview: View the shipper parent and children information.
Shipper History: View the shipper history for the past 6 months.
The assortment and shipper links are only visible when viewing assortments or shippers.
Export
You can export the catalog data for item configurations, and the limit varies depending on whether you want to download a pre-defined list of attributes (Basic Export) or download and edit attribute values (by maintenance category).
Use the Product ID Search bar or filters to narrow down your results (if needed), or select individual items by clicking the check box for the item.
Click the Export button, and select the type of export you want.
To export the catalog data for assortments or shippers, you'll need to narrow down your results to less than 1,000. You can use the Product ID search bar or filter to do this, or use the check boxes to select individual assortments. Then, click Export(Read Only).
