Overview
Interactive or multimedia content, also known as rich media, enhances the customer experience by dynamically sharing product features. In this guide, you'll learn about the types of rich media you can use on Walmart.com, which hosting services are available and how you can submit rich media.
How Does It Work?
By adding rich media to your product listings, you can improve search results, increase order conversions and reduce returns. This table lists the different types of rich media that can be used on Walmart.com, including the requirements for submission:

Additional Guidelines
Option 1: Media Library
Our Rich Media self-serve portal is located in Supplier One in the Maintenance Hub. Once you log into Supplier One, go to Maintenance Hub and select Edit rich media to upload either a video or 360º spin image. Option 2: Supplier Support
If you need support, click Help > Manage tickets in Supplier One to submit your rich media request to Partner Support. Make sure your content adheres to our rich media specifications.
Option 3: Connected Content Solution Providers
There are several Walmart-approved Connected Content Solution Providers that provide rich media asset hosting. This table shows the service providers and what types of rich media assets they can host for Walmart listings. Visit Connected Content Providers for more information.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is a .vtt file?
A .vtt file is a text file saved in the Web Video Text Tracks (WebVTT) format. It contains supplementary information about web videos, including subtitles, captions, descriptions, chapters and metadata. A .vtt file doesn't contain any video data. A .vtt file is recommended with your video submission (required if the video includes speech).
2. Why can’t I upload GIF imagery for my products?
GIF imagery isn't permitted as it doesn't provide useful information about a product that an informative video would.
3. Will Walmart enable other rich media capabilities in the future?
