How to Access Self-Paced Courses in Supplier Academy

We have created articles and self-paced, on-demand courses in Supplier Academy. Navigate to the courses using the instructions below. If you run into issues accessing a course, refer to the tips for best practices.

  1. Log in to Retail Link at https://retaillink.login.wal-mart.com/.
  2. Click Academy.
  3. To browse for available courses, click on a link or tile in any of the sections (e.g., under Quick Learning Articles or Browse Courses By Topic)
    1. If you have been provided a direct link to a course, copy and paste the link into your browser. For example, this is the direct link to the Style Guide 101 course: https://supplieracademy.wal-mart.com/enrol/index.php?id=2238.
    2. If you have been provided a path to a course in Supplier Academy, follow that path to navigate to the course. For example, the path to the Style Guide 101 course is: Retail Link > Academy > Walmart Style Guides (under Browse Course By Topic) > Style Guide 101.
  4. If you see a Start button, click it.
  5. When you see the folder icon as shown below, click the link to open the course.
  6. This window will appear. Do not close, refresh, or navigate away from this page while taking a course.
  7. The course will open in a pop-up window. Click the Start Course button to begin.

Tips

If you run into issues accessing a course, here are best practices:

  1. If you are using your browser in incognito mode, try a regular browser window.
  2. Make sure that your browser settings allow pop-ups from the Supplier Academy URL.
  3. If the pop-up window opens but the course content doesn't load, right click in the pop-up window and select Reload.

Click "Help" in Supplier One and select "Manage tickets" to submit and manage tickets to Partner Support (see detailed instructions in this article).
