Our aim is to continuously improve item workflows to simplify processes and save you time.
What Has Changed?
We have made enhancements to simplify imagery maintenance in Supplier One. Whether you manage images in your Catalog or through the Maintenance Hub, you can now upload the same set of images across multiple GTINs at one time. Drag and drop image files seamlessly or choose files from your computer. Along with these enhancements, the workflows allow you to edit imagery for a maximum of 1,000 items at a time.
These enhancements are now available to all suppliers in Supplier One!
What Should You Expect?
Refer to the instructions in this article to see what you can do in Supplier One now. We are working on more enhancements for the future and welcome your input. Click Feedback at the top of Supplier One to share your ideas.
In the Catalog
In the Products or Item configurations and hierarchies view of your catalog, click the Product ID search bar.Copy and paste up to 1,000 Product IDs in the search bar. Remember to select the ID Type if you’re searching for multiple items (all of your Product IDs must be the same type). You do not need to select an ID Type if you’re searching for only one item. Then, click the Apply button.
If you have more than 1,000 items, we recommend applying filters to narrow down the results.
Once you have found your items, click the Edit Media button.
We'll create a folder of media for each item on the left side of your screen. Any existing media are shown on the right side.
You can now search for specific GTINs to edit imagery for multiple items at a time (e.g., to add the same set of product images across all black backpacks in a variant group).

The images are added at the bottom on the right side of your screen for each item you selected. Repeat Steps 3a and 3b for the remaining items you are editing.
Once you have finished your edits, click the Continue button.
Provide a description for your media maintenance. Then, click the Submit button.
