Edit Media in the Catalog

If you use Workhorse to upload Fashion imagery, please continue to use your existing processes.

You can edit existing media and upload new media directly from the catalog in Supplier One. Here's how:

  1. In the Products or Item configurations and hierarchies view of your catalog, click the Product ID search bar.
    We recommend that you manage media for a maximum of 50 items at a time. Copy and paste the Product IDs in the search bar. Remember to select the ID Type if you’re searching for multiple items (all of your Product IDs must be the same type). You do not need to select an ID Type if you’re searching for only one item. Then, click the Apply button.
  2. Once you have less than 50 items or have selected individual items by clicking the check boxes, click the Edit Media button.
    To manage media for a single item in the item list, click the dots under the Actions column in the table and select Edit Media.
    To manage media for a single item in the item grid, click the dots at the top right corner of the card and select Edit Media.
  3. We'll create a folder of media for each item on the left side of your screen. Any existing media are shown on the right side. You can do many things on this page:
    1. Upload images or folders of images
    2. Remove images or folders of images
    3. Crop images
    4. Select the image type (main or additional)
    5. Reorder images
    6. Delete an existing video (Steps 3–6)
  4. Once you have finished editing the media, click the Continue button.
  5. Provide a description for your media maintenance. Then, click the Submit button.
