Pre-Agreement (Profile)
Steps to completing your registration tasks and Profile in Supplier One, including Walmart review.
Steps - Registration & Supplier One | Action and Resource |
1. User Registration | Create an Account to begin the onboarding process. |
2. Supplier One | Log into Supplier One and begin pre-agreement onboarding process. The Supplier Admin representative should be a position that has authority to sign documents on behalf the company. Suppliers either receive an invitation from a merchant or via self-registration. |
3. Registration | Learn how to provide business verification (i.e., company information), tax information, DSV eligibility requirements, and business agreements during the supplier onboarding process. Review and accept the Supplier Agreement (Master Supplier Agreement also referred to as the MSA).

4. My Team | Provide contacts, business certifications, and set up Multi-Factor (MFA) |
5. Sourcing Profile | Provide information about the company's capabilities, business performance, and customer base. |
6. Product & Insurance | Manage product submissions proposed for future opportunities with Walmart. View insurance requirements and add or edit insurance certifications. |
7. Agreements | Review and accept the Master Supplier Agree (MSA) and Business Terms Agreements (BTA) supplier agreement once received. |
8. Payments & EDI | Manage banking information. (This can only be updated by Walmart’s Retail Link Administrators). |
9. Shipping & Warehousing | Manage ASN/DEX Selection, Transportation Ship Points, Warehouse information (Pre-Agreement) First system requiring creating Ship Points. Ship Points are also required to be created in ASPEN system once supplier agreement is complete. |
10. Acknowledgements | Learn how to access and agree to onboarding acknowledgements after completing registration. |
11. Direct Imports (ONLY) | Direct import suppliers have a few additional tasks to complete. These tasks are Profile, Facility and Quote. |
